In the beginning – L J Williams & Associates
L J Williams & Associates was established by Laurie Williams in 1991 to service the recruitment needs of retail new car dealers and related automotive businesses.
With a solid motor industry background, Laurie had an intimate understanding of the special needs and idiosyncrasies of this industry.
In mid 2009, L J Williams & Associates agreed to a merger with a specialist automotive recruiter in Sydney to form a larger and stronger alliance known as Automotive Personnel International.
L J Williams & Associates’ philosophy has always been based on providing recruitment and placement solutions in a simple, cost effective, honest and totally ethical manner and many of our automotive clients have been dealing with us for well over 10 years.
Now – LJW Employment Solutions
For some time, Laurie has been aware that the recruitment services offered by his automotive business could also be applied to other employers across a variety of industry sectors.
Concerned with the low ethical and service standards of the general recruitment industry, Laurie’s objective in creating LJW Employment Solutions is to offer services designed totally with the client in mind.
Our goal is to work for clients in a genuine business consultant role, charging realistic fees in relation to the specific assignment. Our promise is to actively listen to YOUR problem and then offer some effective, common sense solutions which won’t cost you an arm and a leg!
LJW Employment Solutions was launched late in 2008 and offer clients access to Laurie’s many years of recruitment experience and his reputation for honest and ethical business dealing.
