About the role

Working at the new Epping dealership, you will report to the Epping Branch Manager and the Dealer Accountant based in Fairfield. The objective of this role is to provide admin services to the sales department plus general accounting, banking and admin support.

The person we seek

Ideally you will have previous admin experience in a retail automotive dealership and understand the vehicle sales process and the associated paperwork.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Vehicle Tax Invoice preparation Sales deal processing and costingVehicle registrations and related Vicroads mattersDebtor and Creditor management Banking and EFTPOS reconciliationsRelief reception

Good attendance and time keepingTeam player who is reliable and accountableAttention to detailPride in presenting yourself in a neat and professional mannerTrainable and able to handle direction including performance feedbackPrevious automotive dealership experience e.g. admin / stock control / registrationsGood keyboard / data entry skills and the ability to use popular MS applicationsAbility to learn new IT systems
