About the role
We require a Part Time Administration Clerk operating onsite at our customer's facility located in Larapinta. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service as well as effective and efficient administrative support.
Previous exposure to the road transport industry or a workshop office environment could be advantageous.
Duties & responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing sound communication regarding job status, completion and follow up
Conducting regular routine administrative functions and providing general clerical support to the service team
Raising and processing invoices and repair orders accurately and efficiently
Repair order management; job costing, warranty and sublet processing
