About the role
They wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person to manage the new car sales team for one of their well-regarded brands.
Duties and responsibilities
The New Car Manager is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading the vehicle sales team to ensure sales and profit targets are met or exceeded, all the time providing customers with a positive buying experience.
The person we seek
We need a hands-on Automotive Sales Manager who can not only manage a team, but who will personally interact with and see to customers as required. You will need to be a strong communicator to allow the building of great relationships with other dealership departments and the brand manufacturer.

What’s on offer?
The employer will negotiate attractive remuneration with the selected applicant. This package will comprise base salary + commission + car + fuel. This will allow you to earn good money directly linked to your results. (OTE circa $100K)
