About the role
The focus of this role is to lead and manage the workshop invoicing team which compiles data, computes fees and prepares invoices for customer billing purposes; and ensures all warranty processes are completed in line with manufacturer allowances and guidelines and are followed through to completion. This is a high volume operation based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

The Workshop Administration department is responsible for achieving agreed outcomes in the following areas:
The person we seek
We need a customer service driven leader with a background in automotive, road transport, or manufacturing. Exposure to a workshop type environment, plus an understanding of invoicing and costing processes is required.
This person must have:
Demonstrated leadership skills and people management ability
Strong focus on detail, processes and procedures
Good time management, organisation, and problem solving skills
High level of computer literacy
