About the role
Reporting to the National Parts Manager, the Parts Product Manager will:
Determine and identify Isuzu Australia Limited’s (IAL) and Transport Industry customers' needs through parts product / pricing research and dealer / customer feedback.
Recommend new products to for development and implementation.
Identify and carry out due diligence on both products and suppliers to ensure they meet IAL quality standards in consultation with IAL legal and purchasing.
Release new product to the IAL Dealer network.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Identification of New Parts Product Opportunities
New parts implementation process
Budget and Financial Management
Regulatory area of responsibility

This role is based at Isuzu Australia’s purpose-built 21,000 m2, facility in Truganina. This state-of-the-art building brings all of the company’s activities under one site, enabling more immediate collaboration and communication between the various operations.
Who should apply for this job?
We need an experienced Parts Product Manager with proven expertise in developing and executing business strategies. You will have a solid mechanical or technical background within the Automotive / Transport Industry, extensive Truck industry knowledge, plus Aftersales experience with a vehicle manufacturer, dealer, aftermarket parts specialist, or relevant industry supplier.
You will be an effective relationship manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; someone who can solve problems and manage their time.
