Panus Oceania is an importer and distributor of trailers designed to suit Australian applications, conditions, and regulations. Their national dealer network can provide ready-to-work solutions allowing the Australian road transport industry to “gear up quickly” when contracts are awarded.
About the role
The office is located in Cranbourne West where you will work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager, carrying out a variety of interesting tasks including:
Co-ordinate equipment imports and oversee Inventory stock control
Raise purchase orders and sales invoices
Liaise with dealers, suppliers, and service agents
Maintain warranty claims and continuous improvement systems
General administration, office support, and reporting tasks
The person we seek
You need to be a strong communicator with a solid office administration background, and good MS Office skills. Previous experience in an automotive or road transport environment would be advantageous.
