About the role


The focus of this role is to lead and manage the service department invoicing team which compiles data, computes fees and prepares invoices for customer billing purposes; and ensures all warranty processes within the dealership are completed in line with manufacturer allowances and guidelines and are followed through to completion.   


This position is based at the employer’s near-new and ultra-modern dealership in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

The Service Administration Manager’s department is responsible for achieving agreed outcomes in the following areas:


  • Warranty & Costing Administration

  • Customer Service

  • Teamwork

  • Planning & Organising

  • WH&S


The person we seek


We need a customer service driven leader with a background in a retail automotive dealership or manufacturer service environment, including understanding or warranty process and procedures.


This person must have:


  • Demonstrated people management ability

  • Strong focus on detail, processes and procedures

  • Good time management, organisation, and problem solving skills

  • High level of computer literacy
