About the role
We are seeking an experienced Toyota Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of the parts operation at the Kilmore dealership. The parts department works closely with the service and sales areas of the business, and is committed to providing excellent service to these critical internal customers.
Required skills and experience
Organised leader with good time management skills
Motivated with strong customer focus
Systems and results orientated
Strong communicator and people manager
Background in dealership parts department operations, preferably Toyota
Able to identify and implement improved processes
Skilled with IT and automotive DMS preferably TUNE
Who should apply for this job
Our ideal candidate will be a proven Parts Manager with current or recent Toyota franchise experience. We will also consider ambitious 2ICs or Senior Parts Interpreters who feel they are ready to take the next step.
