This job is being advertised due to an internal promotion.
Reporting to the National Service Business Manager, the Zone Service Business Manager is the primary link between Isuzu Australia Head Ofﬁce and the Dealer Network for all Service Department business-related functions.
This role also involves implementing Isuzu Australia Head Ofﬁce initiatives and programs aimed at Business Development and Procedural adherence.
You will work from Isuzu Australia’s recently-completed, purpose-built 21,000 m2, facility in Truganina. This state-of-the-art building brings all of the company’s activities under one site, enabling more immediate collaboration and communication between the various operations.
Work related travel
With 21 dealers and authorised parts and service outlets to support, this position requires signiﬁcant business travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania, plus Broken Hill and Mt Gambier.
Who should apply for this job?
To succeed in this role you will require a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and relationship building skills. You will also need to be self-managed, very organised, and have a high-level understanding of a retail automotive service business.
You may currently hold a dealer development role in an automotive manufacturer, with a background in retail automotive service management. Ideally you will have a technical background with trucks
or heavy commercial vehicles however, applicants with passenger car experience will also be considered.
