About the role

This is a full-time office-based role with flexible work hours.

You will be responsible for a range of accounts duties including:

• Accounts payable

• Banking reconciliations

• Accounting general ledger reconciliations

• Maintain Fixed Asset Register

• General admin and accounting tasks

The person we seek 

We need an enthusiastic and reliable person who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to contribute to the business’ success.

You will have proven accounts experience in a retail automotive dealership with hands-on knowledge of the Pentana DMS.

Required attributes, skills and experience

• Previous accounts experience in a retail automotive dealership

• Pentana DMS and Excel experience

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines
