About the role


This role offers significant variety with a focus on stock control / sales coordination, plus day-to-day administrative tasks such as reception, payroll, WHS.


Specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Vehicle stock inventory management

  • Monitor vehicle progress from sale through to customer delivery

  • Vehicle registrations and related documentation

  • Coordinate external suppliers for accessory fitment

  • General reception and telephone answering as required

  • Payroll preparation for submission to head office

  • Maintain WHS records

The person we seek


We need someone with experience in automotive stock control or sales support who is willing to take on a variety of tasks to coordinate the dealership’s sales and admin functions.

This person will most likely have an automotive, transport, or heavy machinery background.

Desired experience and attributes:

  • Automotive industry background including previous stock control experience

  • Knowledge of export procedures and logistics advantageous

  • Valid Driver’s licence essential (HR/HC/MC Drivers Licence an advantage)

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets

  • Professional and tidy appearance

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
