About the role
Manage the daily operations of a large, busy service department, including to plan, control and increase department efficiencies; therefore meeting strategic financial and operational performance targets.

The person we seek
We need someone who cares, and wants to make a difference; a highly motivated person who can make an already successful business better.
You will be a proven leader and business manager with significant experience in motivating and getting the best out of your team; who can also successfully manage the sometimes complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Exposure to an automotive service environment such as passenger cars, heavy commercial vehicles, heavy equipment would be advantageous but is not essential.
