About the role

Working at the main Fairfield dealership, you will report to the Dealer Accountant and be responsible for processing vehicle sales deals, invoice entering, plus a variety of admin and accounts tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

This role will involve a variety of activities, including:

  • Ensuring all Contracts and Deal Packs are accurately completed

  • Retail Deal Processing – New Cars & Van

  • Wholesale Deal Invoice processing

  • Follow up outstanding issues

  • Generating EOM Sales Reports

  • Assisting with Creditor Invoice processing

  • Filing and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Required attributes, skills and experience

The right attitudes are important and we will be asking candidates to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in an admin / accounts / general clerical role

  • Process driven with excellent time management skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • The ability to think outside the square and take initiative

  • Previous Motor Dealership experience highly desirable

  • Strong computer skills

  • Good work ethic

Hours and benefits

We need someone to work at the Fairfield dealership 20 hours per week but we are flexible

about start finish times and evens days worked.


This role could suit someone wanting to manage school drop off / collection duties.

Hourly rates will be negotiated with the selected applicant commensurate with experience.
