About the role
We need a highly organised and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing business. You will be accountable for the management of all Group Marketing activities for our Fairfield, Epping & Kew Dealerships encompassing all business units from Sales to Aftersales.
Reporting to the Joint Dealer Principals, this role is based at our Fairfield Dealership.
The person we seek - Required attributes, skills and experience
The right person for this role will be a hands-on marketing specialist who can demonstrate the following:
Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
A strong understanding of marketing principles.
Exceptional organisational skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ability to adapt to constantly changing environments.
Previous automotive experience is desirable but not essential.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Campaign Management – Liaising with relevant business units to create, execute and review Marketing campaigns to meet business objectives. Involves strategic media planning and coordination with external agencies/suppliers in ATL & BTL channels.
Events & Sponsorships – End-to-end management of dealership events and sponsorships including Golf Days, Drive Days, Product Launches, Sales Events, and local sponsorship events.
Digital Management – Management of various digital platforms, including social media channels & Websites, using a variety of Content Management Systems to update and create engaging content.
Brand Management – Ensure that 3 Point Motors Brand is promoted appropriately and in keeping with organisation key values both in local and the broader community. This is of particular significance with Mercedes-Benz going to an Agency model in the future.
Marketing Compliance – Ensuring that all facets of marketing communications adhere to the corporate brand guidelines. This requires strong attention to detail and effective communication with the manufacturer.
CRM – Effective use and understanding of the customer database for sales and marketing purposes.
Budget Management - full accountability for the marketing budgets across the dealership business units.
