About the role


This newly created role will be responsible for all business, operational and staffing aspects of the dealership’s service department.

Required attributes, skills and experience

  • Previous service department management experience in a retail automotive dealership (passenger cars or commercial vehicles)

  • Ability to identify areas requiring improvement and then implementing and driving necessary changes whilst achieving them buy-in and positive participation

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team through a period of change

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue with all stakeholders (customers, staff, business partners, suppliers)
