We are looking for a vibrant and energetic person to be the welcoming face of STG Global for our Dandenong South facility.

About the role


The successful applicant will assist our Sales team with a wide variety of administration tasks.


Experience in the truck/construction industry would be ideal, but the desire to learn about our products and develop your sales skills is essential.


We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Attention to detail is essential and the successful applicant will receive on the job training.


Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and assist with smooth sales team operations.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service as the face and first contact of our business

  • Must have a good phone manner, there will be a lot of calling and following customers up

  • Building a good rapport with current and ongoing customers

  • General reception duties

  • Prepare and send marketing material to customers

  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

  • Suggest sales process improvements

  • Adhoc Tasks as Requested

Required attributes, skills and experience

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Computer literate

  • Fast learner

  • Attention to detail is a must!

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Teamwork and motivational skills

  • Must be organised

  • A positive and friendly attitude😊

What’s on offer?


This is a genuine full-time position with great working conditions.


Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.


We will negotiate a competitive salary commensurate with your skills and experience.
