About the Role

These roles are based at the company’s Dandenong South facility.

We require self-motivated, trade-qualified Boiler Makers, diesel mechanics, auto electricians, and spray painters who can work independently on a variety of trucks and equipment.

Skills and Experience

  • Full Australian work rights

  • Current drivers’ licence. HR Truck and Forklift license an advantage but not essential.

  • Experience on a wide variety of equipment is desirable. (All trades)

  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosis capability. (Mechanics and Auto Elec)

  • Experience preparing and painting complex surfaces and shapes with excellent coverage and finish. (Painters)

  • Ability to interpret drawings and fabricate / weld to specification. (Boiler Makers and Fitters)

  • Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable. (All trades)

  • Have an organised approach to work procedures.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Be adaptable to challenging situations and changing business demands

  • A keen eye for detail, quality, safety and cleanliness.

  • Honesty and reliability.

  • Have excellent communication skills.
