About the role


Based at the group’s modern western suburbs dealership, this is a challenging and rewarding role in which you will lead, support and manage the daily service department operations. This is a large team processing a high volume of general servicing across two shifts with a mix of retail and warranty work.

Demonstrated skills required for the role

  • An energetic and passionate individual focused on customers, people and service excellence

  • A driven leader with a strong commitment to safety with an ability to build and maintain a positive team culture and staff engagement

  • Proven track record of operating a profitable service division

  • Success in a highly demanding customer focused environment

  • Commercial business acumen and marketing skills

  • Sound mechanical knowledge preferably with an automotive technician trade certificate

Proven automotive Service Managers / Workshop Managers with heavy vehicle backgrounds would be ideal candidates, however we will also consider applicants from the passenger car sector including Workshop Managers with proven success leading large teams of technicians.
