About the role
Based at the group’s modern western suburbs dealership, this is a challenging and rewarding role in which you will lead, support and manage the daily service department operations. This is a large team processing a high volume of general servicing across two shifts with a mix of retail and warranty work.

Success in a highly demanding customer focused environment
Commercial business acumen and marketing skills
Sound mechanical knowledge preferably with an automotive technician trade certificate
Who should apply for this job?
Proven automotive Service Managers / Workshop Managers with heavy vehicle backgrounds would be ideal candidates, however we will also consider applicants from the passenger car sector including Workshop Managers with proven success leading large teams of technicians.
