About the role
The Finance Business Manager plays a key role in driving the success of the dealership, working closely with the Branch Manager and sales team.
The person we seek
Ideally you will have proven experience in a Business Finance & Insurance Manager role in the retail automotive industry, with a strong understanding of finance and insurance products.
Duties and responsibilities
The Finance & Insurance Business Manager is responsible for assisting vehicle sales customers with advice and sales of appropriate financial and insurance products, and is expected to play a pro-active role with significant customer interaction at multiple stages of the sales process.
Required attributes, skills and experience
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's licence.
Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
