About the role

In this hybrid role you will act as Sales Manager for a specific site, plus provide relief cover for Finance Business Managers on leave / long service across other locations within the organisation.

The person we seek

Ideally you will have proven vehicle sales and finance experience in a retail automotive environment, with a strong understanding of finance and insurance products.

Required attributes, skills and experience

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Valid driver's licence.

• Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
